★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermarkets are rare in Venice. Well, actually, any sort of ordinary food shop seems to be rare. We wanted to buy some picnic food and bottled water, wine and such so we didn't have to eat out all the time and this place had everything we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When everything is expensive and the same around this supermarket is like an island of good and quality products in Venice. You will find a lot of meat, cheese, milk products etc. So guys, visit this shop in Venice to prepare good food at your apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this little hidden supermarket whilst visiting Venice during the day, it had all the basics we needed and it was reasonably priced. Although, a little squeezed with the narrow isles - all in all it was very convenient and the staff were helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than many of the other supermarkets. Venice has numerous small supermarkets dotted around the islands. By necessity they have to be small and can only hold a limited range. Conad's is better than most others. Decent range of fresh produce and good selection of wines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 1. 5 litre bottle of sparkling or still water is 30cents! So cheap. 5 stars for that. Bought 2 bottles of 1.5l water, two packets of chips and a few other things for around 3 euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why others have rated so low. This is a great little shop in Venice with lots of food at a good price. The Crai store a few minutes walk away is entirely more expensive, even up to 4x the price on some items. A nice alternative to eating at restaurants all the time. There is fresh pasta and sauce in the fridge for you to make some at home.
