L idée est là avec une déco sympa mais ont ne peut pas prétendre à un hôtel de qualité avec un frigo qui ne marche pas, pas de verre dans la chambre, pas de couverture, une mauvaise insonorisation et une chasse d'eau. L accueil n est pas professionnel ça fait trop improvisé avec une petite porte à l étage sans permanence. Pour 130 euros la nuit pour la "suite" avec jacuzzi c'est un peu beaucoup. Franchement à 60 euro la nuit j aurais rien dit mais la faite un choix et donnez vous les moyens de vos ambitions. I find really bad !! The idea is there with a nice decor but can not claim a quality hotel with a refrigerator that does not work, no glass in the room, no blanket, bad soundproofing and a flush. The reception is not professional it is too improvised with a small door to the floor without permanence. For 130 euros per night for the "suite" with jacuzzi is a bit much. Frankly at 60 euro a night I would have said nothing but made a choice and give you the means of your ambitions.

In bagno l acqua calda usciva a tratti nessun kit bagno solo due recipienti pieni di saponi e nn si sapeva se era shampoo o bagno schiuma nessuna saponetta o cuffia ,vasca idromassaggio instabile e sporca la mattina al risveglio piena di insetti striscianti capelli nel letto nessuna coperta in più nell' armadio e personale assente . Davanti alla porta della stanza un angolo carino guastato dalla presenza di sacchi e aspirapolvere di servizio. Area cucinino anche quella trascurata e con aspirapolvere e altre cose che nn dovrebbero essere in cucina. Per entrate entrare abbiamo dovuto svegliare una persona al telefono che è stata gentilissima ma cmq ci siamo sentite in imbarazzo per questo non libere di arrivare quando ci pareva. Peccato perché basterebbe poco per renderlo top. Beautiful place tastefully decorated but badly kept dirt overlooked. To get revenue we had to wake up a person on the phone who was very kind but cmq we felt embarrassed for this not free to come when we were like. Nachdem aufgrund Corona keine Reise möglich ist, ist das Hotel auf Tauchstation. Weder über die Buchungsplattform, Telefon, Email oder über das Kontaktformular war eine Kontaktaufnahme möglich. Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Wer mit Gästen so umgeht und diese mehr als 6 Monate ignoriert hat keine Buchung verdient. Wir werden nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Mittlerweile hat auch booking.com das Hotel aus der Liste genommen was leider nichts Gutes hoffen lässt. We have been trying to cancel our booking for more than a year. At the beginning we tried to get a voucher. That was also promised. Since no trip is possible due to Corona, the hotel is on a diving station. It was not possible to contact us via the booking platform, telephone, email or the contact form. Stay away from this hotel. Anyone who deals with guests like that and ignores them for more than 6 months has not earned a booking. We will now take legal action. In the meantime, booking.com has also taken the hotel off the list, which unfortunately leaves us hoping for nothing.

Ero un po' titubante date le varie recensioni non ottime, ma mi sento di consigliarla senza problemi. Mi sento più che altro di rispondere ad alcuni quesiti e "polveroni" alzati da altre persone. "La colazione è una bevanda calda+un cornetto al bar di fronte"... Beh se si vuole un buffet si soggiorna in un hotel. In più segnalo la presenza di yogurt, cereali, caffè, succhi ecc... Nel cucinino all'inizio del corridoio. "Dalla finestra si sente tanto traffico".... Serio? Sei a Roma, non a Bora Bora. "Il personale non è presente, per entrare abbiamo dovuto chiamare e il proprietario ci ha spiegato come entrare, il codice, ecc"... Anche a noi, ci sono voluti 2 minuti, tutto chiaro, tutto preciso, nessuna lamentela. Al momento del check out abbiamo trovato la ragazza che ci ha salutato con simpatia, tutto qua... Che senso avrebbe per loro restare lì tutto il giorno a girarsi i pollici? Detto questo... Non do 5 stelle perché a parer mio si può sempre migliorare, ma perché screditare così tanto un posto del genere? La stanza era pulita, ma poteva esserlo di più. Il letto era comodo, ma poteva esserlo di più. La vasca era ben funzionante Lo stile è bellissimo, particolare, ben tenuto. La posizione è comoda... Lo consiglio. Pecche: la vasca idromassaggio è in grado di ospitare una singola persona, il frigo bar in stanza non funzionava (ma è possibile usufruirne di uno in comune). In bagno inoltre non esiste un sistema di Ae reazione,necessario per mancanza di finestre. Prese penzolanti e un po' di rumore perché la stanza affaccia sulla strada. Nel complesso però è stato un bel soggiorno,il personale inoltre è stato disponibile e simpatico. Consigliato! Spacious and special King Suite room, chromotherapy with various plays of light, very comfortable bed, spacious shower and good cleaning service.Well functioning air conditioning. Flaws: the hot tub is able to accommodate a single person, the in-room fridge bar did not work (but it is possible to use one in common). In the bathroom there is also a Ae reaction system, needed for lack of windows. He took dangling and a little 'noise because the room faces the street. Overall however it was a nice stay, the staff was also helpful and pleasant. Recommended!

L'établissement est proche des principaux sites avec une station de train à 3 minutes de marche. Nous reviendrons certainement We had a great stay in Rome at this wonderful place run by Valentina. She is very available and helpful. The property is close to the main sites with a train station a 3-minute walk away. We will definitely be back

Friendly, kind, caring, and understanding they were a huge help to 2 confused tourists. The rooms were nice with the suite being totally awesome- spend the extra money and get it. They are also super affordable while being quality. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern. The showers are really nice and fancy, the beds are comfortable and expensive, the sheets were clean, and the breakfast was fun. For breakfast you go next door to a cafe where you get a pastry and fruit with high quality coffee- Italian through and through. The breakfast food is great and light, perfect for any morning. Last is the location. It’s seriously a 15 minute walk to all the stuff. The coliseum, the forum, the fountain, and all the other Roman ruins are just 10 minutes away. There is also a taxi stand next door so you never have to wave a taxi down. There is a massive church on the level of th Vatican right next to the hotel. In the immediate area are 20 restaurants ranging from fast food to quality cafes and more than 100 shops. There is no better location in Rome. For this cheap price you get a high quality hotel that is clean and nice right next to all the stuff. It’s perfect for any travelers to the area. 10/10
