★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...accettano più proposte di acquisto per lo stesso immobile contemporaneamente e senza avvertire i clienti per poi vendere al migliore offerente (esperienza diretta e dimostrabile). Si raccomanda estrema cautela anche per le informazioni fornite sugli immobili che vendono, almeno nel mio caso si sono dimostrate non corrette. Scarsa professionalità, si consiglia di formare il personale prima di fargli avere contatto con il pubblico.
