I have been to this agency and I must say that they have stood out for their professionalism and kindness. My experience has been positive. Highly recommended.

NON VI CONSIGLIO !!!! Dopo aver visto un'appartamento, ci siamo accordati che mi avrebbe mandato un email con il contratto nell'immediato. Dopo molte chiamate, quasi tutte senza risposta, non ho ancora ricevuto l'email. Ho iniziato a chiamare in agenzia e chiedere il contratto, ma la donna che risponde sembra non interessata ad avere i clienti. Semper diceva che mi richiama, ma alla fine richiamavo solo io. Trovava le scuse, che non ho abbastanza soldi, trovava le scuse tipo che non avevo abbastanza soldi anche se ho proposto di pagare 6 mesi di affitto subito ... Prima mi hanno chiesto di “congelare” i soldi per 6 mesi, dopo due giorni a 9 mesi! Alla fine non voleva darmi appartamento e nemmeno non mi diceva NO. Io ho speso tantissimo tempo e nervi per chiedere quali documenti devo mandare, cosa devo fare, per spiegare tutto. Sono rimasta male e non vi consiglio, perche gli chiedano tantissimo soldi !! Molto meglio gli altri agenzie che almeno fanno il loro lavoro volentieri e onesto. Non potete fare altro che giustificarvi! I found an apartment for rent through the agency subitocasa. A day passed, but I did not receive any letter. I called him all day, no one answered. Then, I contacted the agency itself. The girl with whom I talked did not want to work at all and communicate normally with the client. She constantly promised to call me back, to poison the contract, but only I called. I found excuses that I didn't have enough money in my account, although I even offered to pay for 6 months in advance. But at the same time, NO was not told to me. I spent a lot of time and nerves calling them, asking what and how. I still have an unpleasant aftertaste and I do not advise anyone to contact, because they set some unrealistic conditions and ask for a lot of money !!! Much better than other agencies that work voluntarily and honestly. Non potete fare altro che giustificarvi !!!!

From the beginning they have shown themselves to be very enterprising and innovative in the care of the service and enhancement of our property, offering a lot of availability of interested customers. Really good and professional.

Very kind, they would not sell their mother for € 1 like many others in Milan, respectful of the agreements made, no last minute surprise.

Your answer "created two profiles to put 1 star" seems to me somewhat conspiratorial. I have only one profile and I entered the review 2 years ago, so I am not in your database as I have probably asked for the data to be deleted. 2 years ago your agency offered me a service that I considered unpleasant: I gave the deposit for a rented apartment and a few days before the departure of the contract the deposit was returned to me because the house was no longer available, without even offer alternatives to remedy. So I was homeless for over 2 months.

Zero professionalism, probably the average of 4 stars is given by friends and relatives. They set me up for a visit, I was starting from Veneto to see a house, luckily I called and I discovered that the agent had been absent, obviously without warning, only to discover (by calling me of course) that the house had been sold. Congratulations!

I have used the services offered by the Subitocasa agency on several occasions, always finding great availability, courtesy and professionalism even outside the canonical working hours. In particular, my referent Manuel in a very short time solved various problems by going beyond his own skills. It is now my trusted agency and I recommend it to everyone.
