Durante quel periodo è stato l'interlocutore diretto per ogni tipologia di necessità legata alla casa. Ad ogni chiamata o messaggio si è sempre dimostrato disponibile, presente, cortese e soprattutto in grado di trovare rapidamente soluzioni pratiche e comode.
