R	Rudy “Kred” Colombo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo sia ora di aggiornare la mia recensione visto il recente cambio di gestione e della cucina del ristorante. Facendo un rapido paragone tra la precedente gestione e quella attuale, si può brevemente riassumere dicendo che i prezzi sono leggermente aumentati per via della sparizione dei menù aperitivo, pranzo e sera che erano buoni come "base" per la cena ed eccellenti per una pausa pranzo completa a prezzo contenuto. La qualità dei piatti di sushi è fortunatamente rimasta invariata, sono stati aggiunti alcuni curiosi ed interessanti piatti e questo rimane il punto sicuramente forte del ristorante. La qualità dei piatti della cucina invece è calata drasticamente, tutte e tre le volte che ho mangiato in questo ristorante da inizio mese, la cucina è stata un disastro. 116 minuti per 6 ravioli gommosi come pochi. Il ramen (di cui allego foto) è cambiato completamente nella qualità con cui vengono trattate le materie di cui è composto (in primis l'uovo marinato per un tempo forse eccessivo, visto che sembrava di mangiare una zolletta di sale). Sicuramente tornerò in questo ristorante, ma dubito proverò nuovamente la cucina. I think it's time to update my review given the recent change of management and kitchen of the restaurant. Making a quick comparison between the previous management and the current one, it can be briefly summarized by saying that the prices have slightly increased due to the disappearance of the aperitif, lunch and evening menus which were good as a "base" for dinner and excellent for a lunch break. complete at an affordable price. The quality of the sushi dishes has fortunately remained unchanged, some curious and interesting dishes have been added and this is certainly the strong point of the restaurant. The quality of the dishes on the other hand has dropped dramatically, and all three times I've eaten in this restaurant since the beginning of the month, the kitchen has been a disaster. 116 minutes for 6 chewy ravioli like few others. The ramen (of which I am attaching photos) has completely changed in the quality with which the materials of which it is made are treated (first of all the marinated egg for a perhaps excessive time, since it seemed to eat a lump of salt). I will definitely go back to this restaurant but I doubt I will try the cuisine again.

I recommend it
