Nice gym and not crowded. BRAVISSIMO the weight training instructor. He follows you and is very available! Big and clean changing rooms!

Personale molto scortese è veramente poco attento a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta.
Se ci fosse stata la possibilità di mettere 0 stelle certamente non ne avrei messa neanche 1.
Really bad experience
Very rude staff is very little attentive to any type of request.
If there had been the possibility of putting 0 stars I certainly would not have put 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra stupenda organizzata con vera eccellenza e professionalità di chi la gestisce.personale serio. Una stupenda e rilassante SPA con magnifico aperitivo. La consiglio a tutto il mondo. A Roma una palestra così pulita e igenizzata non penso che si trova con molta facilità.
Beautiful gym organized with true excellence and professionalism of those who manage it. A wonderful and relaxing SPA with a wonderful aperitif. I recommend it to the whole world. In Rome, a gym so clean and hygienic I do not think it is very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura eccellente, palestra bella con molte attrezzature e tutte nuove, corsi in piscina e non in tutti gli orari e per tutte le esigenze. SPA magnifica, rilassante e mai troppo affollata. Conosco da molti anni i proprietari avendo frequentato i corsi in una altra struttura sempre di loro proprietà , sono persone alla mano e sempre pronti a venire incontro al cliente. Consiglio la struttura.
Excellent facility, nice gym with many and all new equipment, courses in the pool and not at all times and for all needs. SPA magnificent, relaxing and never too crowded. I have known the owners for many years, having attended the courses in another structure always owned by them, they are people at hand and always ready to meet the customer. I recommend the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato uno dei primi clienti della nuova gestione. Ottima sala pesi, completa, capiente e non affollata. Istruttore di sala pesi molto gentile e disponibile e bravissimo. Ottima la spa. Buona la piscina anche se non lunga 25 metri.
Ottimi istruttori per i corsi.
2 note negative:
1) scaduto l'abbonamento sono stato trattato con freddezza e in modo fiscale e quindi sono rimasto molto dispiaciuto e non l'ho prolungato almeno per ora.
2) da quello che so hanno ridotto l'orario di presenza dell'istruttore in sala pesi (da verificare).
I was one of the first customers of the new management. Excellent weight room, complete, spacious and not crowded. Very friendly and helpful weight training instructor. Excellent spa. Good swimming pool even if not 25 meters long.
Excellent instructors for the courses.
2 negative notes:
1) expired the subscription I was treated coldly and in a fiscal way and therefore I was very sorry and I have not prolonged it at least for now.
2) from what I know have reduced the time of presence of the instructor in the weight room (to be verified).
