Ho fatto lezioni con lei per numerosi anni ed ho ricevuto grande beneficio sia fisico che psichico.
E' preparata e professionale.
Le sue lezioni di gruppo sono accurate perché oltre a fare un'ottima spiegazione delle "posizioni" si sofferma a correggere e suggerire miglioramenti a seconda delle esigenze di ognuno.
Marina Regoli mi ha insegnato ad avere una percezione del mio corpo e di quando questo assuma posizioni scorrette ed asimmetriche.
Consiglio vivamente di provare le sue lezioni.
