In quanto comproprietaria di immobile su cui è stata effettuata una pratica dal suddetto geometra ritengo di aver diritto ad esprimere la mia opinione negativa. Distinti saluti

Il fatto di aver usufruito di uno sconto per la redazione dell'Ape è stata una sua libera scelta quindi non ritengo di avere meno diritti di chi ha pagato diversamente, non l'ho obbligata io a farlo. Il fatto che la pratica sia di quasi 10 anni non vedo cosa significhi in quanto l'attestazione è ancora valida e dovrebbe essere fornita l'assistenza del caso dal tecnico che l'ha redatta, visto tra l'altro che io non ho smarrito nulla ma il documento mancante non mi era stato originariamente consegnato. Capisco che siano ricerche laboriose ma è da queste cose che si vede l'attenzione per il cliente. Se l'agenzia non le ha fornito i dati richiesti bastava informarla in modo tale che le venissero inviati. Il suo numero di telefono è chiaramente indicato su internet e quindi esplicitamente dichiarato utilizzabile per comunicazioni lavorative, se non vuole essere disturbato lo cancelli. Anche io non suo fratello quindi poteva tranquillamente telefonarmi, cosa che non ha MAI fatto, e parlarmi a voce invece che con messaggini whatsapp. La recensione mi fa sentire realizzato tanto quanto la sua risposta stizzita.
