Ascoltate come è andata: lascio 50 euro di caparra per un paio di scarponi da sci dei quali non ero ancora convinto, con l'esplicita promessa che in caso di ripensamento mi avrebbero fatto un buono di acquisto col quale "può comprare quello che vuole" (cit). Dopo 9 giorni chiedo che i 50 euro si trasformino nel buono acquisto, dato che avevo scoperto che mi avevano mentito su qualità e prezzo degli scarponi. Mi rispondono che se non compro gli scarponi perdo i 50 euro. E della loro promessa fatta di trasformarli in buono acquisto ovviamente non si ricordano. Furbi e falsi...non andateci, salvatevi.

After 9 days I ask that the 50 euros be transformed into the voucher, since I had discovered that they had lied to me about the quality and price of the boots. They answer that if I don't buy the boots I lose the 50 euros. And of their promise made to turn them into a voucher, they obviously don't remember. Smart and fake ... don't go there, save yourself.

Vado al negozio il 23 di dicembre (periodo natalizio, dove presumo quindi il negozio lavori tanto), faccio per entrare, ma trovo la porta chiusa, anche se dentro era aperto. Esattamente davanti alla porta c è un bancone dove un commesso sta facendo provare dei caschi ad un cliente. (Mi vede benissimo, ma non mi apre) Aspetto...ne approfitto per fare una telefonata e mi allontano di qualche passo dall' uscio. Sento la porta che si apre, un cliente esce, mi precipito dalla porta che si sta chiudendo, tempo di aprire la maniglia arriva una signora che mi richiude la porta in faccia senza dirmi nulla. (Sebbene mi abbia visto benissimo). Decido di andarmene e di non tornarci più. Oltre che sconsigliarlo a tutti quelli che conosco. Bel lavoro! Complimenti!
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. I go to the shop on December 23rd (Christmas time, where I assume the shop works a lot), I go to enter, but I find the door closed, even though it was open inside. Exactly in front of the door there is a counter where a salesman is making a customer try on helmets. (He sees me very well, but does not open to me) I wait ... I take the opportunity to make a phone call and I walk a few steps away from the door. I hear the door open, a customer comes out, I rush through the door that is closing, time to open the handle, a lady arrives and closes the door in my face without saying anything. (Although he saw me very well). I decide to leave and never go back. As well as not recommending it to everyone I know. Good job! Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel corso degli anni ho sempre preso in considerazione questo negozio per acquisti relativi ad attività sportive e mai fino ad oggi mi era capitato di imbattermi in una signora tanto incapace con il pubblico ma soprattutto maleducata. Oltre a non essere stata considerata né consigliata nell'acquisto, mi sono anche dovuta giustificare per non aver acquistato l'unico capo provato. La sola preoccupazione per lei durante la mia permanenza all'interno del negozio durata si e no 10 minuti è stata mettere a posto ed evitare che i capi venissero stropicciati, a suo dire, inutilmente.
Se non fosse per la cordialità, la gentilezza, la passione che si legge nello sguardo e che traspare soprattutto dal modo di fare del signor Giacomo, credo che la signora da sola sarebbe stata la causa del fallimento di questo negozio.

In addition to not being considered or recommended in the purchase, I also had to justify myself for not having purchased the only item tested. The only concern for her during my 10-minute or so-long stay in the shop was fixing and preventing the clothes from being creased, she said, unnecessarily.
If it weren't for the friendliness, kindness, passion that can be read in the eyes and which is evident above all in the way of Mr. Giacomo, I think that the lady alone would have been the cause of the failure of this shop.
