r	r o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidato a questo studio su suggerimento di un amico che aveva venduto un immobile di gran pregio e ne era rimasto molto soddisfatto. Ho messo in affitto un mio appartamento e mi hanno trovato 2 persone interessate (al prezzo richiesto) in meno di dieci giorni e ho concluso l'affitto in 15 scegliendo io con loro la persona che più aveva garanzie economiche. Mi hanno seguito passo a passo in ogni singola virgola del contratto discutendo le clausole con il legale dell'affittuario che era molto puntiglioso. L'affittuario si è rivelata una persona super per bene che ha anticipato diversi mesi senza problemi. Soprattutto la selezione del corretto affittuario è per me fondamentale perché in passato ho avuto seri problemi con affittuari che sulla carta erano perfetti ma che si sono rivelati molto fastidiosi e hanno creato mille problemi. Il contratto è stato seguito dalla signora Sordi in persona. Ineccepibile. I relied on this studio at the suggestion of a friend who had sold a property of great value and was very satisfied with it. I rented my apartment and they found me 2 interested people (at the requested price) in less than ten days and I concluded the rent in 15 by choosing with them the person who had the most financial guarantees. They followed me step by step through every single comma of the contract discussing the clauses with the tenant's lawyer who was very fussy. The renter turned out to be a super nice person who got ahead of several months with no problems. Above all, the selection of the correct tenant is fundamental for me because in the past I have had serious problems with tenants who on paper were perfect but who proved to be very annoying and created a thousand problems. The contract was followed by Mrs. Sordi herself. Impeccable.

Lorenzo è stato sempre molto professionale, affidabile, un buon mediatore tra le parti e cosa importante, ci ha "accompagnati" per tutto il percorso aiutandoci passo dopo passo. Ci ha venduto casa in un sol giorno senza trattare e la cosa ci ha stupiti molto. Consiglio caldamente questa agenzia, diversa dalle altre perché non promettono "fumo" ma la valutazione che fanno è reale.
