Friendly staff. If you want your non-vegan friends to eat vegan/ vegitarian this is the perfect place to go. They will get full and enjoy the food with plesure. Also a fair price.

Nice place, friendly staff, nice selection of teas, unfortunately all packaged. I tasted two of the vegan cakes (nothing sugar free, still very good taste) and saw some lunchdishes, fair prices !!!

The food at NaBi was fine but the service was dreadful. I'm still unsure as to why I seemed to be singled out for such poor treatment. The other tables around me all had water instantly brought to them when they sat down but I did not, nor was I offered any. I also waited some time before anyone bought me a menu, then when it was, it was slammed onto the table. After my burger arrived (with no sides because it was unclear on the menu which sides were available), I made the mistake of ordering a slice of cheesecake. After 30 minutes there was still no cheesecake. At this stage the restaurant was about 1/4 full so it's not like they were busy. I gave up waiting and asked for the bill. The waiter then said "what about the cheesecake?" - yes, good question! Surely, it is their job to bring it to me? I said "I thought you had forgotten", so I waited some more for the cheesecake, which still never arrived, despite the fact that I was one of three people sat inside at this stage. I got up to pay at the till , as I had been told do to earlier when I asked for the bill, and I was ignored by a passing waiter. The other waiter then came and again inquired about whether I wanted the cake. Well yes, I said but I don't want to wait anymore. He then went to the cabinet, next to the till and took out the cheesecake! Why did this require a 45 minute wait? The cakes were sitting there all along. There was another review here on Google complaining of bad service and I completely agreed with the writer. When people whose job it is to serve you cannot even do the bare minimum (bring the food), it ruins the whole experience. It doesn't matter if the food tastes fine and the decor nice - the poor service leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. These two waiters (one with short, curly dark hair and one with glasses and a moustache) desperately need better customer service training or to be fired. I live in Milan and I am not going back to this establishment.

Great place for healthy lunch! They have fresh homemade juices and great coffee. I had the Onnivora bowl with rice, mango, guacamole and chicken - very flavorful and filling. Highly recommended if you are in the area!
