Abbiamo chiesto il giorno prima, subito dopo la pubblicazione del annuncio di essere i primi a vederlo in quanto la zona era ottima per le nostre priorità.
Detto e fatto. Stefano, il titolare ci ha garantito di essere i primi. Ovviamente al nostro arrivo ( in anticipo di 40 minuti! ) troviamo un altra coppia a visitarlo.
Dopo aver visitato l’immobile ( che era molto bello ) ma non corrispondeva alla descrizione del annuncio in quanto era competo solo di cucina però era presentato come arredato, abbiamo praticamente sul posto fatto la nostra offerta.
Nel fratempo abbiamo fatto leggere la proposta al nostro avvocato, il quale ha portato diverse domande. Chiamando Stefano per chiedere di tutte le problematiche del caso, impianti non a norma, la agibilità e non solo, riceviamo una chiamata in quale siamo stati pregati di continuare a guardare perche la nostra proposta è stata rifiutata.
Va dettò che abbiamo offerto quanto chiesto. Tutto è successo quando abbiamo chiesto le spiegazioni tecniche e quando abbiamo mandato i nostri documenti. Non siamo italiani, siamo della Romania. Abbiamo una attività nel centro di Firenze e viviamo in questa splendida città da quasi 25 anni.
Quindi. In riassunto. O perché siamo stranieri, o perché abbiamo chiesto dettagli che riguardavano l’immobile, siamo stati respinti. In entrambi i casi, una vergogna.
Nel 2021 gente che lavora con il pubblico e lavora cosi non si merita il lavoro. Siete una vergogna!
Most bad experience.
We asked the day before, immediately after the announcement was posted, to be the first to see it as the area was great for our priorities.
Said and done. Stefano, the owner guaranteed us to be the first. Obviously upon our arrival (40 minutes early!) We find another couple to visit it.
After visiting the property (which was very nice) but did not correspond to the description of the ad as it only included the kitchen but it was presented as furnished, we practically made our offer on the spot.
In the meantime, we had our lawyer read the proposal, who brought up several questions. Calling Stefano to ask about all the problems of the case, systems not up to standard, usability and more, we receive a call in which we were asked to continue looking because our proposal was rejected.
It must be said that we have offered what we asked for. It all happened when we asked for technical explanations and when we sent our documents. We are not Italians, we are from Romania. We have a business in the center of Florence and have lived in this beautiful city for almost 25 years.
Therefore. In summary. Either because we are foreigners, or because we asked for details regarding the property, we were rejected. Either way, a shame.
In 2021, people who work with the public and work like this don't deserve the job. You are a shame!
