★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non ho avuto una bella esperienza. Iniziando dalla spedizione, arrivata con due giorni di ritardo perché il corriere si è inventato la scusa che non ero in casa. Poi il servizio clienti lascia molto a desiderare. Tutto il pomeriggio che ho provato a chattare con loro senza riscontro, ho mandato pure una mail e nessuna risposta. Avrei voluto restituire un prodotto acquistato erroneamente perché la descrizione era fuorviante ed invece dopo vari tentativi di chat ,mi rispondono che non è possibile fare il reso. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Eppure nel sito c'è scritto il contrario. Sicuramente questa sarà la prima ed ultima volta che acquisterò da loro.
Honestly, I haven't had a good experience. Starting with the shipment, which arrived two days late because the courier made up the excuse that I was not at home. Then the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. All afternoon I tried to chat with them without feedback, I also sent an email and no response. I would have liked to return a product purchased incorrectly because the description was misleading and instead after several chat attempts, they reply that it is not possible to make a return. Never seen such a thing. Yet the site says the opposite. For sure this will be the first and last time I will buy from them.

Servizio eccellente, prodotti di buona qualità e quantità corrette, servizio clienti e assistenza molto disponibile e molto conveniente la possibilità di raccogliere punti per gli ordini successivi. Lasciano spesso piccoli omaggi di prodotti non ancora ordinati, dandoti la possibilità di provare prodotti diversi! Sicuramente un sito ottimo e affidabile.
