Sono in centro a Lecce, che a seconda degli orari può non essere comodissimo da raggiungere. Personale veloce e cortese. La struttura non è il massimo, locali progettati per il commercio al piano terra di edifici residenziali. Attività ripartita tra almeno due civici diversi; al primo accesso tutti sbagliano civico. Non ho mai avuto problemi nelle prenotazioni e ho trovato sempre grande supporto degli operatori. Ho dovuto accettare la prestazione interrompendola per problemi di claustrofobia. Ho speso 5 volte più dell'ospedale per avere lo stesso servizio. Bad experience. On the phone they told me they have MRIs open, but when I went it was closed. I had to accept the performance and interrupt it due to claustrophobic problems. Recatomi poco fa di persona presso la sede ho atteso il mio turno, mentre il personale addetto alla reception era intento a parlare di questioni personali, incurante di me e altri che erano in attesa. In generale, ho riscontrato grande freddezza e scarsa capacità di accoglienza da parte degli addetti, che hanno risposto alla mia domanda semplicemente con un cenno del capo e senza proferire parola. Indisponenti oltre la decenza, tenendo conto del fatto che si tratta di un centro diagnostico, dove la gente si reca per motivi di salute. Se ci fosse la possibilità di dare zero come valutazione lo farei: la peggiore esperienza di sempre! Purtroppo prima di iniettarmi il contrasto mi senti' male, un po' la tensione un po' perché dovetti passare più di un'ora nel macchinario, un po' perché l'esame richiedeva sequenze con le pesate..ma riscontrai sia nel tecnico che nell'infermiera che mi aiutò tanta umanità..lo consiglio I had a no-and-no-contrast MRI in November. Signorina che risponde al telefono maleducata , insensibile, cafona e potrei aggiungere tanti altri aggettivi. Ho contattato la struttura per chiedere informazioni riguardanti alcuni esami dal valore di più di 600 euro, la signora mi ha trattata malissimo senza alcun motivo, tanto che ho deciso di non programmare nulla con loro. Si tratta di salute e non chiamiamo di certo per divertirci. Non posso dire nulla sulla struttura in quanto ho deciso di non andarci, chi risponde al telefono/addetto reception è il primo biglietto da visita per una struttura e la conversione è stata abbastanza scandalosa al limite della sopportazione. 5 stars for rudeness. Considerato che chiedono di confermare la visita per telefono qualche giorno prima, altrimenti verrà automaticamente annullata, voglio vedere cosa succederà di questo passo.
