g	giuseppe Muscatello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla professionalità dei medici, ma nell'organizzazione degli appuntamenti c'è una gestione molto superficiale, attese interminabili nel nostro caso un'ora e 40 minuti. In tutto questo si nota una grave mancanza di rispetto. Per finire dopo un'altra attesa di mezz'ora per un problema tecnico non si è potuto effettuare l'esame previsto. Nothing to say about the professionalism of the doctors, but in the organization of the appointments there is a very superficial management, interminable waits in our case an hour and 40 minutes. In all this we note a serious lack of respect. To finish after another half-hour wait due to a technical problem, the planned examination could not be carried out.

Armando dell'Anna. È indicibile il modo in cui tratta i suoi pazienti: burbero, ineducato, zero tatto e gentilezza. Mai vissuta un'esperienza simile. Essere dei professionisti, prima che dei bravi medici, vuol dire non dimenticare mai l'ingrediente essenziale previsto nella relazione medico/paziente: l'umanità. Il dott. dell'Anna è totalmente sprovvisto di empatia ed umanità e va da sé che questo influisce ed influirà anche sulla mia percezione personale del centro. The way he treats his patients is unspeakable: gruff, uneducated, zero tact and kindness. Never had such an experience. Being a professional, before being a good doctor, means never forgetting the essential ingredient foreseen in the doctor / patient relationship: humanity. Dr. dell'Anna is totally devoid of empathy and humanity and it goes without saying that this affects and will also affect my personal perception of the center.
