Esperienza ripetutasi anche la seconda volta, quando dopo due ore e mezza di attesa mi è stato risposto che c'erano altri tre esami prima di me. Ho ripreso i soldi e sono andato via. Pessima esperienza Do not expect waiting times of less than 3 hours, a sign of lack of respect and professionalism. Experience repeated also the second time, when after two and a half hours of waiting I was told that there were three other exams before me. I got the money back and left. Bad experience
M	Maria Volpe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché meno non è possibile. Centro inaffidabile per i tempi di attesa :sai quando arrivi e non sai quando te ne vai... con giustificazioni non veritiere. Attesa di oltre 3 ore per una RNM . Attesa lunghissima anche per il ritiro del referto nel giorno previsto in quanto all'orario indicatomi non era pronto. A star because less is not possible. Unreliable center for waiting times: you know when you arrive and you don't know when you leave ... with untrue justifications. Waiting of over 3 hours for an RNM. A very long wait also for the withdrawal of the report on the scheduled day as it was not ready at the time indicated.

Gli appuntamenti non vengono MAI rispettati, in genere se hai appuntamento alle 9.00 non entri prima delle 11.00 perché il tempo medio di attesa si aggira intorno all'ora e mezza due ore. D'estate si muore di caldo perché i condizionatori non sono accesi. Nonostante le problematiche legate al COVID in sala d'attesa non ci sono mai meno di 10,15 persone e gli impiegati della reception sono sempre sgarbati sia a telefono che dal vivo. Preso l’appuntamento per le 17 arrivata lí puntuale dopo 2ore e mezzo di attesa per una radiografia, e son arrivata pure tardi al lavoro! Sala piccola piena di gente nessuna distanza di sicurezza ai tempi del coronavirus.. Se non ce la fate a visitare tutti i pazienti nell’orario dell’appuntamento prendete meno prenotazioni! 1 star because you can't get less!
