Consigliatissimo. A distanza di pochi giorni mi ha riposto una signorina dicendo che siccome era fine mese non sapeva cosa rispondermi.avrei dovuto richiamare a inizio mese! terza prova A inizio mese la stessa mi ha detto che per quella settimana erano pieni e che no aveva idea di quando avrebbe avuto disponibilità. ultima prova mi ha detto che per il momento erano al completo e avrei dovuto richiamare mercoledì per verificare le disponibilità. Quando le ho detto che mi sembrava assurdo fare 4 tentetivi per avere una risposta la signorina stizzita e adirata mi ha aggredito verbalmente e si è rifiutata di dirmi con chi stessi parlando nonostante io mi fossi presentato a inizio conversazione. Pessimo servizio sconsigliatissimo Alle ore 18,00 Mi ha chiamato in persona il titolare minacciandomi di adire vie legali per diffamazione e dandomi appuntamento in tribunale. Sono un atleta professionista e oggi ho fatto il mio rinnovo del certificato agonistico. Visita professionale, fatta da due medici un medico dello sport e un cardiologo esperto, eseguita su cicloergometro e non sul classico gradino. E' stata la prima struttura privata a rilasciare certificati agonistici nella BAT, molto aggiornata come tecnologia ed apparecchiature. Ho eseguito anche esami radiologici e sono stato trattato con molta competenza. Consigliatissimo. Persone acide e indisponenti.L'ultima volta mi è capitato di parlare con la signora con i capelli lunghi e neri tutta lampadata ed è stato pessimo. Peccato xkè i dottori e la struttura meritano. Dopo aver messo la recensione negativa, il giorno dopo ho chiamato x prenotare una visita e la signora in questione mi ha dato subito l'appuntamento. Dopo poco mi richiama e mi chiede se ero io che avevo messo la recensione, così abbiamo discusso e mi ha cancellato l'appuntamento con una banale scusa. Ricorda carissima che io ho già prenotato altrove ma tu fai perdere dei profitti alla struttura solo x il tuo carattere, sei adulta e al posto di indispettirti dovresti imparare dai tuoi errori.
