★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono partita da Genova x fare una Tac a mamma di 83 anni nonostante avessi avvisato di alcune allergie in fase di prenotazione e di aver chiamato il giorno prima dell'appuntamento per confermare, siamo arrivate e abbiamo scoperto che avrebbe dovuto fare una profilassi il giorno prima che nessuno ci aveva comunicato. Il personale è stato scortese e maleducato e soprattutto non professionale e poco preparato.
 I left Genoa to have a CAT scan for my 83-year-old mother despite having warned of some allergies during the booking phase and having called the day before the appointment to confirm, we arrived and found out that she should have had a prophylaxis the day before that no one had communicated to us. Personale disponibile, gentile e professionale, tempi di attesa ridotti e servizi efficienti. Lo consiglio a chiunque abbia necessità di eseguire esami specifici in tempi "umani".
I have run several tests from them and my experience has always been positive, from booking to collecting the reports. Helpful, polite and professional staff, short waiting times and efficient services. I recommend it to anyone who needs to perform specific tests in "human" times.

Mi fissano risonanza x oggi alle ore 16.00
Mi presento e una signorina sgarbata e arrogante mi dice che l'esame è venerdì nn oggi. Faccio notare che ho il foglio di prenotazione con data e ora di oggi.
" Io cosa ci posso fare l'avranno chiamata" nessuno mi ha contattato per spostare appuntamento, ho preso mezza giornata di ferie e ho fatto 60 km x andare all'appuntamento.
VERGOGNOSI!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sia quando telefoni per prenotare un esame che quando ti presenti di persona in accettazione trovi il personale estremamente maleducato, zero voglia di lavorare, nervose e infastidite dalla presenza dei clienti, spesso litigano tra di loro, scandaloso, non adatte a lavorare con il pubblico, mi chiedo come mai il Direttore Sanitario non prenda provvedimenti in merito! Davvero un peccato perché i medici sono bravi ed hanno a loro disposizione degli ottimi strumenti di diagnostica!
Both when you call to book an exam and when you show up in person at the reception you find the staff extremely rude, zero desire to work, nervous and bothered by the presence of customers, they often quarrel with each other, scandalous, not suitable for working with the public, I wonder why the Medical Director does not take action on this! Really a shame because the doctors are good and have excellent diagnostic tools at their disposal!

Innanzitutto in ritardo , l'addetta fare la mammografia veramente indisponente scortese esame di 5 minuti fatto in modo pietoso per aver pagato 134 euro veramente indecente! Per non dire poi della ragazza all'ingresso e la persona allo sportello una gran voglia di essere lì magari un sorriso o una parola gentile non vi farebbe male fare ! Mai più!!
This morning I did a mammogram in lib prof. First of all late, the lady doing the mammogram really annoying rude 5-minute exam done in a pitiful way for paying 134 euros really indecent! Not to mention the girl at the entrance and the person at the counter a great desire to be there, maybe a smile or a kind word would not hurt you! Never again!!

Personale medico preparato, personale all'accettazione gentile e ben disposto a fornire tutte le spiegazioni e le indicazioni necessarie per accedere alle prestazioni. Norme covid rispettate. Piccolo gazebo di fianco all'entrata con sedie a disposizione di chi accompagna i pazienti.
State-of-the-art radiological center. Trained medical staff, friendly reception staff and willing to provide all the explanations and information necessary to access the services. Covid rules respected. Small gazebo next to the entrance with chairs available for those accompanying patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili, veloci, locali puliti, norme di igiene rispettate. Segretarie molto educate, disponibili. Nessuno mette fretta, eppure il centro funziona come un orologio ben oliato. Poisizionato in zona industriale, sempre possibile parcheggiare a poche decine di metri dall'ingresso. Se gli ospedali pubblici operassero con questa efficenza, non ci sarebbero code di 2 anni per una risonanza. Bravi ! Continuate cosi.
Kind, fast, clean rooms, respected hygiene rules. Very polite secretaries, available. No one is in a hurry, yet the center works like a well-oiled clock. Located in the industrial area, it is always possible to park a few tens of meters from the entrance. If public hospitals operated with this efficiency, there would be no 2-year queues for an MRI. Well done! Keep it up.
