J	Jessica Omegna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio fidanzato aveva appuntamento alle ore 14.45, arriva perfettamente puntuale entra e nella sala di aspetto non arriva nessun altro per un quarto d'ora. Attende 45 minuti dopodiché chiede informazioni in accettazione, qui gli dicono che la dottoressa è appena arrivata e stava iniziando le visite, la stessa dottoressa sente e dice con fare scocciato che era appena arrivata.. (arriva con 45 minuti di ritardo e risponde pure male). Alle 15,35 la dottoressa chiama la signora arrivata un quarto d'ora dopo di lui (sicuramente era l'appuntamento delle 15.00 quindi non rispetta neanche l'ordine di prenotazione e di arrivo). Il mio fidanzato gentilmente va in accettazione, spiega la situazione, si fa restituire i soldi e se ne va.. L'esame andrà a farlo da un'altra parte! in risposta alla vostra risposta: 1. se la dottoressa opera in altre strutture deve prendere appuntamenti nell'orario in cui sarà certa di arrivare, non si può far aspettare le persone 1 ora perchè anche i pazienti lavorano non solo lei e cercano di organizzare le visite in base ai propri impegni di lavoro.. 2. la paziente che è passata prima stava meglio di tutti gli altri nella sala d'attesa.. avrei compreso se avessero fatto passare persone anziane.. Gestione del lavoro da rivedere al più presto credetemi!!!!! U	Ugo Morbelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono utente CDC da moltissimo tempo ma solo da pochi mesi a Casale Monferrato. E' UN DRAMMA !!!! Non ci andate !!! Mi dispiace ma ve lo meritate. Ho fatto un esame del samgue e due medici mi hanno detto che i valori erano impossibili. Dovrei avere dei seri problemi con quei valori e per fortuna non li ho e devo rifare il test . La settimana scorsa poi ho fatto un sierologico e mi hanno caricato online solo la fattura (1 volta, poi un altra e poi una terza di storno .....) NESSUN REFERTO !!! Ne ho bisogno urgentemente e nessuno risonde nè al telefono nè alle mail. PREMETTO CHE PAGO PRIVATAMENTE. Questo è il modo migliore per perdere i clienti. Non andrò mai più !!! I have been a CDC user for a very long time but only for a few months in Casale Monferrato. IT'S A DRAMA !!!! Don't go there !!! I'm sorry but you deserve it. I did a samgue exam and two doctors told me that the values were impossible. I should have some serious problems with those values and luckily I don't have them and I have to take the test again. Last week then I did a serological and they only uploaded the invoice online (1 time, then another and then a third of reversal .....) NO REPORT !!! I need it urgently and no one responds either to the phone or to e-mails. I PROMISE THAT I PAY PRIVATELY. This is the best way to lose customers. I will never go again !!!
M	Massimo Molino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato visite ed esami in altre strutture, e pure da loro in precedenza, e ci sono sempre riuscito, ma ora con CDC nn riesco proprio, impossibile online(ne tramite scansione barcode ma neppure tramite inserimento codici manualmente) e ancora peggio per telefono. Mi domando se uno dei dipendenti de CDC ha mai provato una prenotazione attraverso il loro sito o il centralino.... I have booked visits and exams in other structures, and also from them previously, and I have always succeeded, but now with CDC I really can't, impossible online (not by barcode scanning but not even by manually entering codes) and even worse by phone. I wonder if any of the CDC employees have ever tried a booking through their website or the switchboard ....

Nessun livido sul braccio dopo gli esami del sangue, cosa che invece in ospedale succede spesso purtroppo. Personale disponibilissimo, gentile ed educato, soprattutto le infermiere e chi sta al triage. Unico neo negativo, i prezzi troppo, troppo alti!! Capisco che gli ospedali hanno liste di attesa lunghissimi, ma non va manco bene che ci marciate così sopra! If you have to take private exams, they are the best! No bruises on the arm after blood tests, which unfortunately often happens in the hospital. Extremely helpful, kind and polite staff, especially the nurses and those in the triage. The only negative, the prices are too, too high! I understand that hospitals have very long waiting lists, but it's no good that you march so high on them!
