Esponi loro le tue necessità e ti rispondono con un “eh e quindi?”, oppure chiedi il numero del tuo medico (che hai perso) e ti rispondono con un bel “ah bene, pure!”… insomma dire che c’è della maleducazione è dire poco, per non parlare dei tempi di attesa al telefono… Perhaps they should re-evaluate the staff who work there, education is not really their forte.
