Tempi di referti non rispettati per una risonanza fatta a mia moglie.Al telefono per chiedere delucidazioni scortesi e maleducati mentre quando dovevano intascare cordiali e gentili. La loro giustificazione è stata : è stata una svista......io mi chiedo:si può nel 2021 avere queste incertezze in ambito sanitario. Saluti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono sono andata alla clinica di Castrignano dei greci , dovevo fare la risonanza lombo sacrale, io terrorizzata x 1 settimana intera, sapevo che, era macchina aperta sapevo anche che essendo di statura media immaginavo che nella macchina ci sarei entrata x intero x questo ero preoccupata ma rassegnata di sopportare, poi quando alla clinica parlando con il personale, l'operatore della macchina, mi sono sentita subito tranquilla, la loro gentilezza mi hanno fatto passare tutta la preoccupazione che avevo, la paura svanita...tutto ok la macchia bella moderna dava già il senso di tranquillità, e poi l'operatore gentilissimo è stato professionale ha dato il massimo, x me sono tutti da 110 e lode, invito tutti x chi ne ha bisogno, che in questo istituto di Castrignano dei greci trovate, gentilezza e professionalità,, sala d'aspetto ariosa è accogliente...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata presso L istituto qualche giorno fa per accompagnare una mia parente purtroppo malata ed ho trovato una situazione imbarazzante…con queste temperature altissime è inaccettabile che nn sia presente L aria condizionata in un posto in cui di certo nn si va per piacere.
Mia zia stava accusando un malore.
Nonostante la gentilezza e la professionalità del personale costretto a lavorare in quelle condizioni purtroppo sconsiglio vivamente quest’istituto.
Spero che provvedano al più presto per i pazienti che verranno…

Despite the kindness and professionalism of the staff forced to work in those conditions, I unfortunately strongly discourage this institution.
I hope they will provide for the patients who will come as soon as possible ...
