Visto che è una recensione e non una conversazione le dico in pubblico che l'ordine effettuato attraverso il vostro negozio e consegnato dopo ben più dei 15 giorni comunicati, non corrispondeva né per colore, né per finitura a quanto ho pagato e richiesto. Per tanto prima di dire che io non sono passata dal suo negozio si premuri di svolgere la mansione nel rispetto e nell'etica che un venditore deve avere anche nei confronti di un cliente insoddisfatto. Dopo questa sua risposta provvederò ad evitare lei e le prossime sette generazioni di persone della sua levatura.
