★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificata nel XIX secolo ed è di proprietà della famiglia Monosi. All'interno, nell'unica navata, si conservano dei recenti dipinti e un altare maggiore sormontato dal quadro della Madonna Addolorata. Anche se intestata alla Madonna, per tutti i castrignanesi è la cappella di Santa Lucia da sempre. Infatti è presente una statua in cartapesta di santa Lucia costruita a Lecce. Nell'ottobre del 2021 è stata ristrutturata ad opera degli eredi della famiglia e riaperta al pubblico.
 Built in the 19th century and owned by the Monosi family. Inside, in the single nave, there are some recent paintings and a high altar surmounted by the painting of Our Lady of Sorrows. Even if it is made out to the Madonna, for all Castrignanesi it has always been the chapel of Santa Lucia. In fact, there is a papier-mâché statue of Saint Lucia built in Lecce. In October 2021 it was renovated by the family heirs and reopened to the public.
