★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono molto deluso della vostra professionalità, perchè dopo aver acquistato a luglio del 2021 un tavolino per salotto, mi è arrivato rovinato.
Dopo una serie di reclami ed un’attesa lunghissime, ho finalmente ricevuto oggi 09/05/22 , dopo nove circa, anche stavolta il tavolo mi è arrivato nuovamente rovinato. Ad oggi mi ritrovo sempre con il mio tavolino rovinato ma pagato nel luglio del 2021 insieme al divano.
Metto una stella solo per obbligo. Non ho altre parole….. e vergognoso il vostro modo da fare…. Quanto devo ancora aspettare? Ma io quando ho pagato, i miei soldi non erano rovinato e vi ho pagato anche anticipatamente !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabrizio , dipendente molto paziente .. pensate che da 10 anni mia madre cercava un divano .. immaginate un po’ siamo andati tre volte Zz lui sempre disponibilissimo .. io invece già sclerato ??.. ottimo consigliere .. molto svelto nella compilazione documenti e preparato sa fare molto bene il suo lavoro ..??

Ho avuto solo un po' di difficoltà ad essere seguito da uno solo degli addetti alla vendita perché venivano spesso chiamati dai clienti che girovagavano nello stend. Per fortuna poi una signorina addetta ci ha seguiti attentamente portandoci fino all'acquisto di un divano letto.
Esperienza tutto sommato positiva. Ho trovato solo leggermente alta la quota calcolata per le spese di consegna. Grazie comunque e buon lavoro.
Well-kept environment, helpful and kind staff. I just had a bit of a hard time being followed by just one of the sales people because they were often called by customers wandering around the rack. Fortunately, then a young lady in charge followed us carefully, leading us to the purchase of a sofa bed.
Overall positive experience. I found the delivery fee only slightly high. Thanks anyway and good luck.
