Nessun avviso di ritardo, né niente. La visita è stata poco professionale, peso e altezza chiesti sulla fiducia, controllo con stetoscopio veloce e frettoloso; visto il costo (57€) e il fatto che sia agonistica, mi aspettavo una visita più approfondita come mi hanno sempre fatto presso la Asl di Bolzaneto (peccato non avessero posti disponibili in breve tempo). Almeno ho ricevuto subito il referto, però non penso proprio che tornerò e che lo consiglierò a qualcuno. Ottimo il servizio di prenotazione via WhatsApp, il personale è gentile e il luogo è molto pulito. Peccato però che non ne valga la pena. Competitive sports doctor visit. Durante l'accettazione alla mia richiesta di fatturare c/o la mia azienda l'importo, il personale alla reception mi ha detto che occorreva farlo al momento della prenotazione senza darmi alcuna chance se nn rinunciare. Io ho obiettato che nn potevo dirlo perche nn sapevo di questa formalità, ma sarebbero stati loro a dovermelo chiedere al momento della prenotazione. Per motivi di lavoro e di grandissima urgenza nn ho potuto fare altro che pagare, intestare a me la fattura e nn avere più diritto ad alcun rimborso. Pulizia eccezionale, gentilezza, attenzione per i bambini. Tutto perfetto. Purtroppo in questo momento è molto difficile prendere la linea al telefono, ma è eccezionale il servizio di prenotazione on line, così come la possibilità di mandare messaggio w app ed essere quindi ricontattati. Consiglio vivamente. I have been to this center several times, for the covid vaccine, for my son's sports doctor visit, for a swab ... Always excellent service. Exceptional cleanliness, kindness, attention to children. All perfect. Unfortunately at this moment it is very difficult to take the line on the phone, but the online booking service is exceptional, as is the ability to send a message to the app and be contacted again. I highly recommend.
U	Ursula Kayali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from Switzerland but needed to do the COVID PCR in Genova for my travel to Tunis by Ferry. Manara laboratory provided a very good and reliable service: English speaking, appointment by phone, quick and professional for formalities and sampling, test result the same day as promised with QR code and right for Green pass. The lab is easily accessible by local train from Genova principe riding to Genova Bolsaneto (about 20 min). The lab is at the end of the street in front of Bolsaneto station (Via Giovanni Custo) - just turn right and walk the stree to the end, where you see the sign of the lab. Many thanks for the good service that made me feel at ease during my holiday :-).
