M	Max Amato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 17 settembre con ricetta del medico in mano telefono x prenotare un esame radiografico da effettuare non nell'immediato ma nei 15 20 giorni successivi. Mi viene risposto che non c'è bisogno di prenotare e che con l'impegnativa mi posso recare qualsiasi giorno. L' 8 ottobre mi reco per effettuare le radiografie e dopo un'ora di fila, mi viene riferito che senza prenotazione la prestazione poteva essere effettuata solo a pagamento. Ovviamente l'ho fatta, ma chi ha risposto al telefono 20 giorni fa è stato in malafede e la ragazza alla reception invece di scusarsi ha difeso l'indifendibile. Che motivo avevo io di chiamare 20 giorni prima se non per effettuare una prenotazione per pagare solo il ticket e magari non fare fila? Morale della favola la prossima volta, come mi è stato suggerito dalla ragazza alla reception, andrò da un'altra parte. Un cliente, anzi tutta la mia famiglia in meno. On 17 September, with the doctor's prescription in hand, I telephone to book an X-ray examination to be carried out not immediately but in the following 15-20 days. I am told that there is no need to book and that with the referral I can go any day. On 8 October I go to have the X-rays done and after an hour in a row, I am told that without a reservation the service could only be performed for a fee. Obviously I did, but whoever answered the phone 20 days ago was in bad faith and the girl at the reception instead of apologizing defended the indefensible. What reason did I have to call 20 days before if not to make a reservation to pay only the ticket and maybe not queue? Moral of the story next time, as suggested by the girl at the reception, I'll go somewhere else. One customer, indeed my whole family less.

S	Silvana Biondi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo studio apre alle ore 7 secondo quanto scritto su internet ma in effetti apre alle 7.20,non c'è un posto dove aspettare o sedersi nell' attesa che apra, (anche se il personale è già presente e chiuso all' interno) quindi se piove o non puoi aspettare in piedi per diversi motivi resti sotto l'acqua a bagnarti . The studio opens at 7 according to what is written on the internet but actually opens at 7.20, there is nowhere to wait or sit while waiting for it to open, (even if the staff is already present and closed inside) so if it's raining or you can't wait standing for several reasons you stay under water getting wet.

Sto provando a chiamare il numero fisso da circa un'ora ma è sempre messo fuori posto... non mi vedranno più sicuramente I'm sorry you can't give 0. S	Salvo De Domenico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritengo scandalosa la gestione del centralino delle chiamate per effettuare una prenotazione, più di 10 chiamate con una media di attesa di sei minuti prima che ti riattaccassero il telefono. Fossi il gestore licenzierei gli addetti alle prenotazioni. Ho prenotato in un altro centro. I find it scandalous to manage the switchboard to make a reservation, more than 10 calls with an average waiting time of six minutes before you hang up the phone. If I were the manager, I'd fire the reservations clerks. I have booked in another center.

Disponibilità, cortesia e rapidità...confronto con professionisti che non dimenticano di essere persone! A chi si lamenta, ricordo che le file sono ovunque, ma soprattutto dove c'è più richiesta...dunque serve solo tanta pazienza...e noi siamo sempre di corsa!
