Inizialmente, essendo io una persona poco atletica, non credevo di riuscire a raggiungere determinati obbiettivi nel giro di pochi mesi. Ma grazie al suo programma di allenamento posso dire di aver raggiunto, sia dal punto di vista estetico che psicofisico, risultati che non credevo possibili .Mi ha fatto capire la grandissima importanza della palestra.
 Vito is a trained and professional person. I met him thanks to some friends. Initially, since I was not very athletic, I didn't think I could achieve certain goals within a few months. But thanks to his training program I can say that I have achieved, both from an aesthetic and psychophysical point of view, results that I did not believe were possible. He made me understand the great importance of the gym.

After a few months finally I decided to go to the gym for the first time in my life at age 38. It was the best decision I've ever done for myself. After 2 months with his training and support my body obviously changes for better! It's more tone and I can feel that I have more energy during the day. From the inside I totally change my attitude about exercise it's not just being in good shape or being sexy for beach body but along the way it's about discipline yourself both exercises schedule and eating habits. It's about how you feel about yourself. About setting goal and achieve it step by step. I feel much better about myself. Now I know I can do anything if I just try to take the first step. Thank you for your good work on training my body and my mind who never thought one day I will go to the gym until I have strong body and having more confidence.
