Competenza, professionalità, esperienza, una location bella, accogliente, e fornita di tutto quello che serve per curare al meglio il proprio corpo. La consiglio a tutti, riesce a coprire a 360% tutte le esigenze.
I often went to do basic training (muscle strengthening) for the main sports practiced (cycling, running). Competence, professionalism, experience, a beautiful, welcoming location, equipped with everything you need to better take care of your body. I recommend it to everyone, it manages to cover all needs 360%.

Frequento questo centro fitness e benessere da tantissimi anni e non lo cambierei per nessun altro: passione, competenza, professionalità e senso della comunità che fanno di questo posto un unicum nel suo genere da decenni. Un offerta fitness sempre aggiornata ai nuovi metodi di allenamento e alle nuove discipline, senza però rinunciare alle impostazioni tradizionali di fare sport. Staff preparato e coinvolgente. Centro estetico e benessere molto bello e valido. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono non solo raggiungere la forma fisica o prendersi cura di sé stessi, ma anche crescere nella cultura del benessere.
A regenerating place to take care of yourself. I have been attending this fitness and wellness center for many years and I would not change it for anyone else: passion, competence, professionalism and a sense of community that have made this place unique in its kind for decades. A fitness offer that is always updated with new training methods and new disciplines, without however renouncing the traditional settings of doing sport. Prepared and engaging staff. Very nice and valid beauty and wellness center. I recommend it to all those who want not only to achieve physical fitness or take care of themselves, but also to grow in the culture of well-being.
