★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale esperto ti guida negli esercizi e la palestra è molto ampia dove si effettuano numerose discipline. nel frattempo la struttura si sta rinnovando e presto sara' dotata di sauna e lampada solare e tante altre cose per rendere il servizio sempre piu' completo ed efficace...
ma la vera chicca è la competitivita' a livello economico..... pacchetti di varie grandezze a bassissimo costo.

experienced staff guides you in the exercises and the gym is very large where you can practice many disciplines. in the meantime the structure is being renewed and soon it will be equipped with a sauna and a solar lamp and many other things to make the service more complete and effective ...
but the real gem is competitiveness at an economic level ..... packages of various sizes at very low cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È un luogo tranquillo per chi vuole allenarsi e basta. Ottimo da questo punto di vista. Il trainer è disponibile. La sala è areata e spaziosa, ma alcuni attrezzi lasciano a desiderare. Economicamente si può fare, ma c'è di meglio. Assolutamente negativo su spogliatoi e servizi. Peccato perché di gran lunga migliorabile. Se ti accontenti, conosci già la materia e vuoi allenarti come si deve, é ok.
It is a quiet place for those who just want to train. Excellent from this point of view. The trainer is available. The room is airy and spacious, but some tools leave something to be desired. Economically it can be done, but it gets better. Absolutely negative on changing rooms and services. Too bad because it can be improved by far. If you are satisfied, you already know the subject and you want to train properly, that's ok.
