★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché purtroppo e preciso PURTROPPO non si riesce a metterne ZERO , studio POCO serio che si diverte a prendere in giro le persone creando MOLTI DISAGI, persone che non sanno fare il proprio lavoro e non portano assolutamente rispetto ai clienti , essendo pur presenti in studio fanno finta di non esserci e non rispondono al telefono.
Si prendono l’impegno di chiamare ed aggiornare il cliente perché in questo caso se uno deve avere a che fare con loro lo fa perché è stato incaricato dalla POLIZZA CHE NOI PAGHIAMO.
Macchina vista dopo pochissimi giorni dopo l’apertura del sinistro ( SENZA FERITI) -> 30 giorni per inoltrare la perizia , una grandissima PRESA IN GIRO!
Dovete capire che non siete un ristorante o un PUB e che le persone non hanno a che fare con voi per piacere ma per BISOGNO dopo un INCIDENTE causato da altri!
PESSIMI, spero che con il tempo possiate migliorare.
I put a star because PURTROPPO is unfortunately not precise and ZERO cannot be put, a serious POCO studio that likes to make fun of people by creating MANY DISAGUES, people who don't know how to do their job and don't absolutely respect their customers, even though they are present in the studio they pretend not to be there and don't answer the phone.
They take the commitment to call and update the client because in this case if one has to deal with them he does it because he was charged by the POLICE THAT WE PAY FOR.
Machine seen after a few days after the claim was opened (WITHOUT INJURY) -> 30 days to forward the report, a very big TAKEOVER!
You have to understand that you are not a restaurant or a PUB and that people have nothing to do with you but for NEED after an accident caused by others!
PESSIMI, I hope that with time you can improve.
