dello studio Olistico La Dolce Vita.
Mi sono accordato per un appuntamento e non si presenta neanche.
Ne' mi ha richiamato ho lasciato un messaggio da parte sua, se questa
persona e' seria!!
Buonasera le rispondo ha quello che ha scritto oggi 1/09/2020.
Inanzi tutto mi dispiace per Lei ma richieste strane come dite voi, io non ne ho fatte alla sig.na Elena!!
Detto' cio'...conservo come prova nel mio cellulare le e-mail scritte da me e della sig.na Elena, degli appuntamenti concordati.
Il 23 luglio avevo un app. con Lei in studio alle ore 16.30, non si e''presentata, io ho perso mezza giornata di ferie per questo app.
Si e' fatta sentire qualche ora dopo dicendo che aveva avuto un imprevisto, ci sta' pero' poteva bessimo avvisare, ho accettato
le sue scuse e abbiamo fissato un secondo app. esattamente un mese
fa', cioe' il 1 agosto 2020 alle ore 14.00.
Niente da fare, non si e' presentata neanche quella volta senza neanche
avvisarmi, dopo che io l' avevo chiamata al cell. scritto sms, e parlandogli
tramite mess.vocali.... neanche nei giorni a seguire.
Ora ditemi voi se questa persona si ritiene seria nel suo lavoro, dopo che per due volte per due appuntamenti, mi fatto solo perdere del tempo.
Se ha coraggio si faccia sentire in privato tramite e-mail dimostrando
di avere sbagliato, e perdendo un buon cliente che poteva avere!!

On July 23 I had an app. with you in the studio at 4.30 pm, she didn't show up, I lost half a day's vacation for this app.
She made herself heard a few hours later saying that she had had an unexpected event, but she could have warned us, I accepted
his apologies and we fixed a second app. exactly one month
fa ', that is, on 1 August 2020 at 2.00 pm.
Nothing to do, she didn't show up even that time without either
notify me, after I had called her on the cell. wrote sms, and talking to him
via voice mail .... not even in the following days.
Now tell me if this person feels serious about his job, after twice for two appointments, I just wasted some time.
If you have the courage, make yourself heard in private by e-mail demonstrating
of being wrong, and losing a good customer that he could have !!
