Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, in più lo studio è in pieno centro storico, quindi molto comodo da raggiungere anche con i mezzi. Consiglio caldamente I tend to suffer a lot from dental operations, yet in this I have never had any problems whatsoever, neither during the operations nor subsequently. The staff is very courteous and helpful, plus the studio is in the historic center, so it is very easy to reach even by public transport. I highly recommend

Ad oggi non lo cambierei con nessun altro, a prescindere dalla comodità nel raggiungerlo. Finalmente vado dal dentista serenamente: tecniche e strumenti utilizzati saranno i migliori, non sentiró il minimo dolore e saró circondato da persone cordiali e simpatiche. 5 stelle MERITATISSIME I chose this studio years ago, on the advice of a colleague, solely for its proximity to the office. To date I would not exchange it for anyone else, regardless of the convenience of reaching it. Premetto che lo studio che mi seguiva in precedenza è uno dei migliori nella mia città d'origine, quindi posso dire che ero abituato bene. Quando sono arrivato allo studio Masci, inizialmente sono rimasto impressionato dalla giovane età del Dott. Alessandro, però già sapevo da un mio collega che è molto competente, infatti si muove con padronanza e naturalezza come se fosse nato per fare quello. E' molto preparato basta vedere il suo curriculum (oltre quello del padre che ne basta la metà... ovviamente sta seguendo le orme). Colpisce come, con il supporto dei collaboratori, riesce a mettere a proprio agio i pazienti, anche quelli più ansiosi (come il sottoscritto). C'è infatti anche Luca e Francesca che sono altrettanto impeccabili e professionali, più il resto dello staff di cui non ricordo i nomi, mi scuso. Anche se non è uno studio grande non manca nulla, lo definirei un grande studio in miniatura o ancora la boutique della cura dentale perché sono attenti fino ai minimi dettagli, senza trascurare l'aspetto umano, con pazienza, rispetto ed educazione. Sono stato proprio fortunato ad essere finito nelle loro mani, me lo hanno già dimostrato in più occasioni, quindi non posso fare altro che consigliarlo a tutti!! When I arrived at the Masci studio, I was initially impressed by Dr. Alessandro's young age, but I already knew from a colleague of mine that he is very competent, in fact he moves with mastery and naturalness as if he were born to do that. He is very prepared just look at his CV (besides that of his father, half of it is enough ... obviously he is following in the footsteps). It is striking how, with the support of collaborators, he manages to put patients at ease, even the most anxious ones (like myself). In fact, there is also Luca and Francesca who are equally impeccable and professional, plus the rest of the staff whose names I don't remember, I apologize. Even if it is not a large studio, nothing is missing, I would call it a large miniature studio or even the dental care boutique because they are attentive to the smallest details, without neglecting the human aspect, with patience, respect and education. I was really lucky to have ended up in their hands, they have already shown it to me on several occasions, so I can not help but recommend it to everyone!
