Avevo un appuramenti fissato per ieri mattina, al mio arrivo scopro che, per un problema imprevisto, il medico che avrebbe dovuto seguirmi non era disponibile .. inizialmente sono rimasta senza parole poi ho insistito con la reception per cercare di trovare una soluzione e dopo poco mi hanno informata che erano riuscite a fare uno scambio. Il primo grazie va alla receptionist che è stata davvero comprensiva il secondo al dottore Salvatore Bongiovanni e alla sua assistente Rosemary che in meno di un’ora hanno eseguito tutto quanto era previsto nel mio appuntamento con grande efficienza e professionalità riducendo persino a strapparmi un sorriso e dal dentista non è per niente scontato: GRAZIE My assessment could have been very different so I want to insert it and thank those who were the creators of this change. I had an appointment set for yesterday morning, upon my arrival I discover that, due to an unexpected problem, the doctor who should have followed me was not available .. initially I was speechless then I insisted with the reception to try to find a solution and after a while they informed me that they had managed to make an exchange. The first thanks goes to the receptionist who was really understanding and the second to doctor Salvatore Bongiovanni and his assistant Rosemary who in less than an hour carried out everything that was planned for my appointment with great efficiency and professionalism, even reducing me to snatch a smile and at the dentist is not at all obvious: THANK YOU

Molto competenti con grande attenzione al paziente sia durante gli interventi che in fase di diagnosi. Sin dall'accettazione con la mitica Maria Esposito che mi ha sempre illuminato con le risposte ai mie mille quesiti e dubbi, con apposite spiegazioni in base alle necessità e quali le possibili soluzioni. Insomma personale cordiale, efficiente e molto preparato! ADC my safe haven ... for 4 years I can not help it. Very competent with great attention to the patient both during the interventions being diagnosed. Since acceptance with the legendary Maria Esposito has always enlightened me with answers to my many questions and doubts, with appropriate explanations as necessary and what possible solutions. Mi sono interfacciata con il Dottor Bakos, per me e per i miei figli ed ho riscontrato competenza e professionalità, oltre ad una buona dose di gentilezza ed educazione. Per la parte amministrativa mi sono spesso approcciata con la Signorina Maria Esposito, per svariati motivi, la quale mi ha sempre dato chiarimenti e delucidazioni, per me e per i mie figli ed è sempre stata chiara, competente e, dote rara, gentile e molto paziente, che ho riscontrato anche al telefono. Dr. Patianna was extremely kind, his english was perfect explaining what should the treatment consist of and he made a huge fillingo. The treatment was totally painless. Good jobx

The doctor named Giuseppe and the nurses are so nice and professional. They removed it without any problem and they take care about everything: suggestions, meds, surgery... It was worth it.

Since Italian is a new language for me I took her up on her offer and she spoke to me in very clear and understandable Spanish to help me understand. Cleaning and x-Rays went very well and the facilities are clean and first-rate. I’ll be going back again in 8 months!
