★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanta scortesia da parte di chi è la in segreteria. Il telefono è sempre occupato ,e se la dea Fortuna ti sorride rispondono, ma ti trattano malissimo come se tu li avessi disturbate , uno non si diverte a chiamare lì perché non ha di meglio da fare.

Non risponde mai nessuno al telefono e quando riesci a parlare con le segretarie sono sempre indisponenti...non dovrebbero fare quel lavoro...la gente che chiama non ha piacere a telefonare in ambulatorio...ho un bimbo piccolo e mi tocca perchè ho un buon pediatra lì ma per il resto fa schifo!
Scandalous!!! Nobody ever answers the phone and when you can talk to the secretaries they are always annoying ... they shouldn't do that job ... the people who call don't like to call the doctor's office ... I have a small boy and he touches me because I have a good pediatrician there but otherwise sucks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due Stelle perché il pediatra che ho è davvero accorto e scrupoloso (dott. Piccinini) per il resto è impossibile riuscire a parlare a telefono con la segreteria, quando l'ho fatto notare alle segretarie sono stata trattata malissimo, capisco il carico di lavoro ma allora lo studio dovrebbe aggiungere altre segretarie.
Two Stars because the pediatrician I have is really shrewd and scrupulous (Dr. Piccinini) for the rest it is impossible to talk to the secretary on the phone, when I pointed this out to the secretaries I was treated very badly, I understand the workload but then the firm should add more secretaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo studio medico associato è situato al primo piano di un vecchio condominio con scale piuttosto strette e un ascensore piccolo e malandato L'interno, pulitissimo e pur con dei tentativi di ammodernamento, non riesce a mascherare l'età. Contrariamente a quanto scritto in altre recensioni, però, ho sempre trovato l'indaffaratissimo personale di accoglienza disponibile e gentile.
The associated doctor's office is located on the first floor of an old building with rather narrow stairs and a small, run-down elevator. The interior, very clean and despite some attempts at modernization, fails to mask the age. Contrary to what other reviews have written, however, I have always found the busy reception staff helpful and kind.
