Andando in ordine, sono rimasto molto colpito dalla bravura e dalla cordialità dell'agente Simone N.
Fin dalla prima chiamata ha mostrato attenzione nei confronti delle mie esigenze, gentilezza ma soprattutto onestà e obiettività nel rispondere a eventuali criticità che gli ho fatto notare riguardo agli immobili visitati. Qualità che molto spesso sono state carenti o mancanti in diversi agenti immobiliari che ho incontrato prima, ai quali mi è sembrato importasse solamente vendere.
In secondo luogo ho avuto la fortuna di essere assistito da Andrea M., capo dell'agenzia, nelle varie fasi di acquisto dell'immobile.
Non solo si è dimostrata una persona altamente competente e professionale ma allo stesso tempo molto disponibile e accogliente verso tutte le domande e preoccupazioni che ho avuto.
Non essendo un esperto in materia, mi sono sentito spesso rassicurato e guidato dalla sua esperienza in un mondo per me nuovo.
Consiglierei pertanto a chiunque di affidarsi ai professionisti di questa agenzia per l'acquisto di una casa.

Nencioni per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità (più volte gli ho chiesto di rivedere la casa!) e per aver subito individuato l’appartamento di cui avevo bisogno (inizialmente avevo chiamato per un’altra casa ed è stato lui a segnalarmi quella che poi ho acquistato!)

La sua gentilezza e disponibilità sono state impagabili, si è reso disponibile a farci vedere la casa una seconda volta
persino di domenica! siamo rimasti davvero contenti del modo gentile ed attento che ha usato per sostenerci nella valutazione della casa. Molto importante il sostegno del responsabile dell'agenzia immobiliare A. Masi nel momento della trattativa, il quale con professionalità e disponibilità ci ha permesso di raggiungere in tempi molto brevi il tanto atteso risultato!! Grazie davvero!
