E questo dopo settimane, se non addirittura mesi, di ricerche fatte con altre agenzie che si sono rivelate totalmente inaffidabili e di totale mancanza di professionalità. Mi dilungo un po’ dicendo che, almeno a Firenze, la percezione che si ha quando si cerca un appartamento in affitto, è che molte agenzie facciano qualsiasi cosa per soddisfare i proprietari mentre i potenziali inquilini siano considerati solo la fonte di profitto facile. È sufficiente vedere come certe agenzie propongano case a volte fatiscenti o con evidenti problemi strutturali chiedendo importi allucinanti, causando un enorme spreco di energie e di tempo. L’agenzia Immobiliare Franco è stata una delle poche, se non la sola, che ha proposto unicamente immobili che corrispondevano alle aspettative e che si è dimostrata completamente disponibile sia durante la fase di ricerca che successivamente alla stipula del contratto di affitto. Se dovessi nuovamente aver bisogno di trovare un appartamento in affitto saprei già dove andare! Thanks to the professionalism and availability of this agency and the owner, I managed to find the apartment that was right for me in a fairly short time. And this after weeks, if not months, of research done with other agencies that have turned out to be totally unreliable and totally lacking in professionalism. I will go a little bit to say that, at least in Florence, the perception one has when looking for an apartment for rent, is that many agencies do everything to satisfy the owners while potential tenants are considered only the easy source of profit. It is sufficient to see how certain agencies propose houses that are sometimes crumbling or with obvious structural problems, asking for shocking amounts, causing a huge waste of energy and time. The real estate agency Franco was one of the few, if not the only, that proposed only properties that met the expectations and that proved to be completely available both during the research phase and after the signing of the rental contract. If I ever need to find a rented apartment again, I would already know where to go!
