★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati per riparare le mie casse vintage degli anni 80 e, anziché cercare di spillarmi più soldi possibile (come ahimè, ormai, capita sempre più spesso) mi hanno dato un sacco di consigli per ovviare al problema con la minima spesa. Avranno magari perso qualche euro oggi ma hanno guadagnato un cliente domani. Professionalità e onestà.
I called them to repair my vintage speakers from the 80s and, instead of trying to get as much money as possible (as alas, it happens more and more often now) they gave me a lot of advice to solve the problem with the minimum expense. They may have lost a few euros today but have gained a customer tomorrow. Professionalism and honesty.
