Chiedi via mail informazioni su un prodotto che hai acquistato da loro e più di una volta ti rispondono “ non abbiamo informazioni a riguardo appena possibile le faremo sapere”. Passano i giorni, settimane e non ti si fila nessuno. E pensare che ho acquistato un sintoamplificatore Denon con il problema della codifica 8K per il game ed ho RISOLTO DA SOLO . Volevo fare altri acquisti da loro per perfezionare il mio impianto, ma ho scelto un altro negozio MOLTO più presenti. SCONSIGLIATO....... La vostra risposta è stata solo : “ non abbiamo informazioni a riguardo appena possibile le faremo sapere” oggi ho ricevuto dalla Denon il decodificatore per 8K che io ho richiesto direttamente. Non-existent after-sales assistance. Ask by email for information on a product you have purchased from them and more than once they reply "we have no information about it as soon as possible we will let you know". Days and weeks go by and no one is queuing up. And to think that I bought a Denon receiver with the 8K encoding problem for the game and I SOLVED IT MYSELF. I wanted to make more purchases from them to perfect my rig, but I chose another MUCH more present shop. NOT RECOMMENDED ....... Your answer was only: "we have no information about it as soon as possible we will let you know" today I received from Denon the decoder for 8K that I have requested directly.

La disponibilità di Luca è sempre molto elevata. mentre l'esposizione prodotti sta migliorando (meglio telefonare prima). E' possibile assistenza tecnica di alcuni marchi.
