Ho visto in riparazione amplificatori a valvole bellissimi. Riferimento da anni a Padova per le riparazioni Hifi, anche le casse con il foam sbriciolato. Una certezza! I brought in some chests from 1996 that crackled like crazy. They hit woofers and tweeters and cleaned everything. The speakers are now perfect. I've seen beautiful tube amps being repaired. Reference for years in Padua for Hifi repairs, including crates with crumbled foam. A certainty!

Tantissime bugie e tempi lunghissimi, sono ancora in attesa di sapere se hanno trovato il mio telecomando in laboratorio ... da 10 giorni..... Mi spiace aver accettato la riparazione Bad experience. They are certainly competent but as far as the relationship with customers is concerned they are very bad. A lot of lies and very long times, I'm still waiting to know if they found my remote control in the laboratory ... for 10 days ..... I'm sorry to have accepted the repair
S	Stefano Alzetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io veramente non so come ringraziarli. Ho avuto bisogno dell’intervento della O.T.L., in particolare del titolare in persona Sig. Riccardo, per la riparazione di un amplificatore e per la riconatura dei miei diffusori , vecchiotti ma anche “saltati” a causa dello stesso ampli. Il lavoro mi era stato letteralmente rifiutato da altri riparatori per la paura di toccare apparecchi di marche “speciali” . Il Sig. Riccardo, invece, non ha battuto ciglio, e penso si sia divertito a mettere mano a certi prodotti. Anzi, a ri-metter mano perché, con la sua vasta esperienza, ne aveva già riparati di simili in passato. La sua disponibilità è stata immensa, la competenza devastante. Personalmente, come io semplice appassionato di Hi-End o Hi-fi , a parlare con lui ci starei dei giorni per la quantità di insegnamenti a cui si può attingere. Come ultimo, il prezzo del servizio (certo, stiamo parlando di riparazioni specialistiche hi-end e non di assistenza su apparecchietti da grande distribuzione) è stato pienamente onesto e totalmente dovuto. Senza il suo intervento avrei dovuto metter mano al portafogli, spendendo 10 volte di più. Grazie ancora Sig. Riccardo! (P.S.: un detto recita “siamo tutti utili, nessuno è indispensabile”, beh …lei è l’eccezione che conferma la regola!) I really don't know how to thank them. I needed the intervention of O.T.L., in particular of the owner in person Mr. Riccardo, for the repair of an amplifier and for the reconstitution of my loudspeakers, outdated but also "skipped" due to the same amp. The work was literally rejected by other repairers for the fear of touching "special" brand devices. Mr. Riccardo, on the other hand, did not flinch, and I think he enjoyed putting his hands on certain products. On the contrary, to put his hand back because, with his vast experience, he had already repaired similar ones in the past. His availability was immense, the competence devastating. Personally, like a simple Hi-End or Hi-fi fan, I would spend days talking to him about the amount of lessons that can be learned. Lastly, the price of the service (certainly, we are talking about specialized hi-end repairs and not of assistance on large-scale appliances) was fully honest and totally due. Without his intervention I would have had to put my hand in my wallet, spending 10 times more. Thanks again Mr. Riccardo! (P.S .: a saying states "we are all useful, no one is indispensable", well ... she is the exception that confirms the rule!)

Dopo svariati tentativi e quasi giunto a rassegnazione durata 6 anni, cercando su gooogle arriva la mano da cielo, si perchè ho trovato questo negozio ed è stata la mia salvezza !! Possiedo 2 finali citation harman kardon 24 (per cui finali con un bel pò di anni) che avevano entambi dei problemi, non riuscivo a trovare chi mi risolvesse il problema e me li facesse funzionare, ho fatto una chiamata e il signor Riccardo, subito disponibile, non ha battuto ciglio, portati e sistemati entambi. Questi ragazzi riparano l' irriparabile!! Oltretutto, molto gentili, proffessionali, disponibili, e prezzi molto onesti !!! Se hai apparecchiature che pensi siano ormai da buttare, prova a passare da O.T.L. HiFi, tecnici così competenti ormai sono introvabili. Grazie a tutto lo staff O.T.L. Unfortunately there are only 5 stars, a team of technicians so prepared and competent would deserve infinite stars. After several attempts and almost come to resignation lasting 6 years, looking on gooogle comes the hand from heaven, yes because I found this shop and it was my salvation !! I have 2 citation harman kardon 24 finals (so finals with quite a few years) that had both problems, I could not find who would solve the problem for me and make them work, I made a call and Mr. Riccardo, immediately available , did not bat an eye, brought and settled both. These guys are repairing the irreparable !! Moreover, very kind, professional, helpful, and very fair prices !!! If you have equipment that you think is now to be thrown away, try switching to O.T.L. HiFi, technicians so competent are nowhere to be found. Thanks to all the O.T.L.
