★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieci euro per dirmi che l'alimentatore del computer era da sostituire. Diagnosi fatta "agitando" l'alimentatore stesso per sentirne il rumore e perdendo dieci secondi in tutto. Naturalmente senza scontrino. Da evitare!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza, di positivo posso dire che il personale ha competenza, ma appena sono entrato per risolvere un problema la prima domanda che mi viene posta è: "é urgente?" Sono andato due ore prima dell'orario di chiusura e non c'erano altri clienti, la domanda era fuori luogo visto poi il problema: il computer aveva problemi durante l'accensione per uno slot della RAM rotto. Dopo neanche 2 minuti il problema era risolto, per risolto intendo che è stata rimossa la RAM poiché non é possibile riparare la scheda madre. Costo per rimuovere una RAM? 20€, una truffa a tutti gli effetti.
Bad experience, positive I can say that the staff has competence, but as soon as I entered to solve a problem the first question I was asked is: "is it urgent?" I went two hours before closing time and there were no other customers, the question was out of place and then the problem: the computer had problems turning on for a broken RAM slot. After less than 2 minutes the problem was solved, by resolved I mean that the RAM was removed since it is not possible to repair the motherboard. Cost to remove a RAM? € 20, a full-fledged scam.
