m	miriam erriquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho già scritto una recensione (negativa) e non la vedo pubblicata…in pratica ho effettuato un ordine il 17/07/21 e poi non ho più ricevuto notizie e soprattutto è impossibile contattarli, in nessun modo. I have already written a (negative) review and I do not see it published ... in practice I placed an order on 17/07/21 and then I have not received any more news and above all it is impossible to contact them, in any way.

Cuando les contacté al mes del pedido me dijeron qué lo sentían pero la lámpara no estaba en stock y tenía que esperar un mes más, cosa que no me iba bien porque era un regalo de boda, les pedí que me hicieran un reembolso y me dijeron que en 4 días estaría realizado en mi cuenta de la tarjeta. Hasta ahora no lo han hecho y yo digo a cv la espera de contactar con el servicio de atención al cliente o al teléfono de contacto, cosa imposible en ambos casos. Espero poder hacerlo esta semana sino tendré que poner una reclamación judicial Llevo ya tres días llamando a un teléfono con contestador automático, contactando un chat que pone operativo y nunca responde, enviando correos electrónicos que tampoco responden y para colmo llamando a otro teléfono que es el número de un antiguo trabajador Desperate situation with this company, I placed an order for a lamp that they supposedly had in stock, I made the payment of € 450 on a credit card. When I contacted them a month after the order they told me how sorry they were but the lamp was not in stock and I had to wait another month, which was not going well because it was a wedding gift, I asked them to give me a refund and they told me that in 4 days it would be done in my card account. So far they have not done so and I tell cv that I am waiting to contact customer service or the contact telephone number, which is impossible in both cases. I hope I can do it this week otherwise I will have to file a legal claim I have been calling a telephone with an answering machine for three days, contacting a chat that operates and never responds, sending emails that do not respond and to top it all by calling another telephone that is the number of a former worker

Le caratteristiche dell'articolo non erano ben specificate sul sito e quindi avevo necessità di sostituzione. La chat non risponde, alle numerose mail spedite nessuna risposta né tantomeno qualcuno si degna di rispondere ai due numeri telefonici indicati. Il problema naturalmente non é stato risolto ...valutazione zero stelle!!! really bad experience ... completely non-existent after-sales service. I have been waiting for my order to be shipped for a long time. The characteristics of the article were not well specified on the site and therefore I needed a replacement. The chat does not respond, no answer to the numerous emails sent nor does anyone deign to answer the two telephone numbers indicated. The problem has obviously not been solved ... zero star rating !!!

Quando chiamo, mi risponde la segreteria telefonica, che non risponde nemmeno. Non ho ancora ricevuto indietro i miei soldi. This shop is unreliable. I have not received my product and there is no contact. There is no reply via email or chat. When I call, the answering machine picks up and doesn't even answer. I haven't received my money back yet.
