Ho contattato il negozio ieri mattina per un appuntamento dato che l'ortopedico mi ha prescritto delle solette ortopediche su misura per compensare la mia patologia ai piedi
Mi ha risposto una persona estremamente gentile e professionale che mi ha fissato per stamane l'appuntamento
mi sono recato al negozio di Via Falloppio ed ho trovato molto comodo il loro parcheggio clienti privato e gratuito un plus tutt'altro da sottovalutare vista la disponibilità di parcheggi della zona
appena entrato il tecnico mi ha ricevuto nel suo studio, ha analizzato le prescrizioni dello specialista, ha scansionato i miei piedi e mi ha accompagnato alla cassa dove in pochi minuti ho pagato ed ho ottenuto l'appuntamento per la prova ed il ritiro delle solette dopo pochi giorni
tutto veloce e perfetto
Gomiero a Padova è una garanzia per questo genere di presidi
sono tornato in febbario 2022 ed ho trovato Tamara che mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio un presidio di cui avevo bisogno
non proprio economico ma la qualità e l'assistenza specializzata e gentile è giusto che si paghi

I went to the shop in Via Falloppio and I found their private and free customer parking very convenient, a plus that should not be underestimated given the availability of parking in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace molto di come si sono comportati nei miei confronti .ho comprato 4 reggiseni post operatorio iov e mi hanno cambiato i prezzi pur essendo gli stessi reggiseni presi a distanza di una settimana . E stessa taglia .il primo l ho comprato io. Il secondo il mio compagno e gli altri due mia mamma pagati non c'erano quindi ordinati il primo l ho pagato 51€ il secondo 55 stessa taglia e stessa marca . Gli altri due 55 . Quando ho chiamato e chiesto spiegazioni non hanno saputo darmi una risposta.all inizio ti accolgono bene e poi .... Mamma mia.
Brutta esperienza poco seri .
Sicuramente non ci andrò più ..
I am very sorry about how they behaved towards me. I bought 4 post-operative bras iov and they changed the prices even though they were the same bras bought after a week. And same size. I bought the first one. The second one my partner and the other two my mom paid were not there so I ordered the first one I paid 51 € the second 55 same size and same brand. The other two 55. When I called and asked for explanations, they couldn't give me an answer. At first they welcome you well and then .... Mamma mia.
Untrustworthy bad experience.
I will definitely not go there again ..
