Smettere di rispondere alle email per 48h, nonostante alcuni solleciti, è segno di indelicatezza nei confronti del cliente disposto a spendere nel vostro negozio.
Per quanto mi riguarda, lato comunicazione siete da 2 stelle.
Complessivamente ve ne assegno 3 per via delle spedizioni veloci e degli imballi robusti ad un prezzo tutto sommato modesto.
Seguirà probabile replica dello staff che a sua discolpa farà tante considerazioni tranne l’unica giusta: scusarsi per il disservizio e per l’inefficienza del loro servizio clienti.

Overall, I give you 3 because of the fast shipping and sturdy packaging at an overall modest price.
A probable reply will follow from the staff who in his defense will make many considerations except the only right one: to apologize for the disservice and the inefficiency of their customer service.
