altre volte attese lunghissime, pessimo servizio telefonico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale alla reception, molto scortese, sono anni che vado e hanno sempre più un aria di sufficienza nei confronti del paziente, ma oggi si sono superat* mi ha risposto una signora alle 18:28 e mi ha gentilmente chiesto di richiamare dopo 2 min. (Perché lei non poteva darmi l'appuntamento in quel momento e io non ho visto nessun problema, ho risposto gentilmente "certo") Pur lei sapendo che dalle 18:30 parte la segreteria fino al mattino dopo. Mi sono sentita molto presa in giro.
Staff at the reception, very rude, I have been going for years and they have more and more an air of self-sufficiency towards the patient, but today they are overcome * a lady answered me at 18:28 and kindly asked me to call back after 2 min. (Because she could not give me the appointment at that moment and I did not see any problem, I answered politely "sure") Even she knowing that the answering machine leaves from 18:30 until the next morning. I felt very teased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le signore alla reception sono maleducate , di un maleducato raro. Poca voglia di lavorare e tante chiacchere. Non è una buona presentazione per lo studio sinceramente.
The ladies at the reception are rude, of a rare rude. Little desire to work and a lot of chat. Not a good presentation for the studio honestly.

Ma la segreteria è pessima: madeducazione e disorganizzazione sono la norma. E hanno anche l'orrenda abitudine di lamentarsi dei pazienti tra di loro ma in modo da farsi sentire.
Peccato perchè questo rovina l'immagine di tutto lo studio.
E peccato perchè non è sempre stato così.

But the secretariat is bad: buteducation and disorganization are the norm. And they also have a horrible habit of complaining about patients to each other but in order to make themselves heard.
Too bad because this ruins the image of the whole studio.
And it's a pity because it hasn't always been like that.
