Arcopinto: chiamo il dottore, mai conosciuto prima, e intrattengo con lui un lungo colloquio telefonico, descrivendo esattamente le problematiche di mia madre. Mostrandomi molto preoccupata, anche per l’esperienza tragica vissuta con papà (morte improvvisa per dissecazione dell’aorta ), mi rassicura tantissimo e, senza indugio, decide di venire a casa, pur avendogli detto che abitiamo in provincia. Dopo poche ore dalla chiamata, con un tempo burrascoso, come promesso , appare il dottore. Dopo un’attenta anamnesi, esegue una visita accuratissima, generale e cardiologica con ECG, e redige la diagnosi con relativa terapia. Le competenze di questo giovane ma espertissimo dottore sono infinite: la sua conoscenza abbraccia tanti campi : cardiologico, immunologico, reumatologico. Sono rimasta particolarmente colpita per la professionalità e il garbo avuto con tutta la famiglia.Fermo nella sua persona ma molto affabile. Ha saputo creare una notevole empatia con mamma, sofferente ed emotivamente coinvolta, mia sorella e la famiglia tutta . Ne ho conosciuti di professionisti nella mia vita lvorativa, sono una farmacista, ma in questo momento mi sento di affermare di aver incontrato “il Medico”. Ringraziamenti senza fine a lui che, in un momento cosi delicato, è accorso senza esitare. Questa è la vera missione del medico magistralmente rappresentata dal dott. Arcopinto. Showing me very worried, even for the tragic experience lived with dad (sudden death from dissection of the aorta), she reassures me a lot and, without delay, she decides to come home, despite having told him that we live in the province. A few hours after the call, in stormy weather, as promised, the doctor appears. After a careful medical history, he performs a very accurate general and cardiological examination with ECG, and draws up the diagnosis with related therapy. The skills of this young but very expert doctor are endless: his knowledge embraces many fields: cardiology, immunology, rheumatology. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and the courtesy he had with the whole family, firm in his person but very affable. He was able to create a remarkable empathy with his mother, suffering and emotionally involved, my sister and the whole family. I have known some professionals in my working life, I am a pharmacist, but right now I feel like I have met "the Doctor". Endless thanks to him who, in such a delicate moment, came without hesitation. This is the true mission of the doctor masterfully represented by Dr. Arcopinto.
