In un momento storico come questo, ove l'attenzione all'utente dovrebbe essere ancora più puntuale, è vergognosa questa mancanza di efficienza. Peccato per questo appunto in quanto i professionisti sono ottimi. In case of non-response from the operators, the reservation will be managed by Sofia (automatic recorded voice) with which it is impossible to book appointments as it is malfunctioning. In a historical moment like this, where attention to the user should be even more precise, this lack of efficiency is shameful. Too bad for this as the professionals are excellent.

Durante la visita non mi faceva finire di domandare, mi ha subito interrotto e ha detto: "dovresti andare da un ottico….." ??? La visita è durata meno di cinque minuti. Oggi sono andata da un altro oculista e ho scoperto che la prescrizione del "dottore" era totalmente sbagliata! Sofia much better than some humans. My experience was great as I was able to book without those exhausting phone waits.

Quindo ok con un po' di pazienza....
