e	elena buralli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una semplice visita consultiva circa una depilazione permanente, appena contattato lo studio mi hanno trovato un posto di lì a breve , dopodiché essendo stata ri-contattata per confermare l’appuntamento, ho chiesto chiarimenti su un eventuale prezzo da pagare ( avendo sentito voci in merito) per il primo incontro il quale sarebbe dovuto consistere in una semplice delucidazione sulla zona da trattare e prezzi annessi. Mi è stato risposto, solo dopo mia domanda, che ammontava a 130€! Ovviamente ho disdetto all’istante, qualsiasi studio ( compresi studi di gran lunga più avanguardistici e noti) considera la visita iniziale GRATUITA , a maggior ragione visto l’assenza di prestazione offerta, se non solo appunto a titolo informativo ( prezzi, durata trattamento, ecc ecc). Ed infine ribadisco ho avuto risposta solo a seguito di una mia domanda, nessuno mi avrebbe informato sul costo altrimenti!!! Occhio!! I booked a simple consultative visit about a permanent hair removal, as soon as I contacted the studio they found me a place shortly thereafter, after which, having been re-contacted to confirm the appointment, I asked for clarification on a possible price to pay (having heard rumors in this regard) for the first meeting which should have consisted of a simple clarification on the area to be treated and related prices. I was answered, only after my question, that it amounted to 130 €! Obviously I canceled immediately, any study (including far more avant-garde and well-known studies) considers the initial visit FREE, even more so given the absence of services offered, if not just for information (prices, duration of treatment, etc. etc). And finally, I repeat, I only got an answer following my question, no one would have informed me about the cost otherwise !!! Eye!!

La dottoressa, oltre ad essere il top in questa specialistica, ha la caratteristica, rara da trovare in questi ambienti, di consigliare al meglio riguardo i trattamenti, andando anche contro al proprio interesse. Mi sono trovata veramente molto bene. Consigliatissimo. Study wonderful and delightful staff, very welcoming and very helpful. Excellent products used. The doctor, in addition to being the top in this specialist, has the characteristic, rare to find in these environments, to best advise about treatments, going even against one's own interest. I found myself really very well. Highly recommended.

La dottoressa è molto professionale,seria,aggiornatissima su tutte le nuove tecniche e riesce a instaurare con i pazienti un ottimo rapporto. Non è di meno il suo staff sempre cordiale,molto disponibili efficenti e preparati. The Tantussi study is what I was looking for! The doctor is very professional, serious, up to date on all the new techniques and manages to establish an excellent relationship with the patients. S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere informazioni sulla carbossi terapia, mi e’ stato detto che se fosse stata libera me la avrebbero potuta fare subito, e che la dottoressa mi avrebbe controllato prima...purtroppo il controllo e’ costato ben 130 euro? senza che nessuno mi avesse fatto presente ol costo...e la carbossi alla fine non mi e’ stata fatta ( sono entrata circa 45 minuti dopo l’orario di appuntamento) ! Alla fine non mi hanno saputo dire il costo ne’ della carbossi ne’ di un altro trattamento dicendo che mi avrebbero mandato una mail mai arrivata! Mi dispiace molto perche’ 130 euro per la visita sommaria che ho ricevuto proprio sono stati buttati via??? non dico che non vada bene pagare la visita ma almeno sarei dovuta essere avvertita del costo e semmai per una cifra del genere mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di piu’ approfondito! Non amo fare brutte recensioni ma purtroppo non posso farne a meno! I called to ask for information on carboxy therapy, I was told that if it had been free they would be able to do it immediately, and that the doctor would have checked me first ... unfortunately the check cost 130 euros without anyone had told me or the cost ... and the carbossi at the end was not made to me (I went in about 45 minutes after the appointment time)! In the end, they could not tell me the cost of either the carboxy or another treatment, saying that they would send me an email that never arrived! I am very sorry because 130 euros for the summary visit that I received were just thrown away ??? I am not saying that it is not okay to pay the visit but at least I should have been warned of the cost and if anything for such a figure I would have expected something more in-depth! I don't like making bad reviews but unfortunately I can't do without it!

Molto professionale, scrupolosa ed attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. I trattamenti che ho provato e che propone nel suo studio sono realmente efficaci e con un ottimo rapporto costo/qualità. Peraltro ho trovato estrema disponibilità e professionalità anche nel Suo staff, dalla segretaria alle varie collaboratrici. Ottimo servizio di dermatologia e medicina estetica. Da consigliare ad occhi chiusi. Currently, Dr. Franca Tantussi is the best dermatologist I have come into contact with. Very professional, scrupulous and attentive to customer needs. The treatments I tried and proposed in his studio are really effective and with an excellent cost / quality ratio. Moreover I found extreme availability and professionalism also in your staff, from the secretary to the various collaborators. Excellent service of dermatology and aesthetic medicine. To be advised with eyes closed.
