Sia da uomo che da donna. I liked it very much even if very small, but the salesmen are polite and well prepared. They have a lot of choice of brands like Adidas, Nike, Pirex etc. Both for men and women.

d	diego p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema con una scarpa acquistata nella filiale di Pisa (era evidentemente fallata) ed inspiegabilmente il responsabile non ha voluto effettuare il cambio nonostante fossi nei tempi descritti sullo scontrino e la scarpa non fosse MAI stata indossata. Contatto AWLab per mail inviando le foto, e successivamente al telefono mi dicono che posso certamente cambiarle in un qualsiasi punto vendita poiché il difetto è troppo evidente. Così mi reco a Pontedera ed il loro responsabile ha risolto il problema. Professionalità, attitudine verso il cliente e problem solving, oltre a cortesia e simpatia, hanno fatto la differenza. So sicuramente dove tornerò. I had a problem with a shoe purchased in the Pisa branch (it was obviously flawed) and inexplicably the manager did not want to make the change even though I was within the times described on the receipt and the shoe had NEVER been worn. I contact AWLab by email by sending the photos, and then on the phone they tell me that I can certainly change them in any point of sale because the defect is too evident. So I go to Pontedera and their manager has solved the problem. Professionalism, attitude towards the customer and problem solving, as well as courtesy and friendliness, have made the difference. I certainly know where I will return.
A	Andrea Meini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto piccolo ma ben curato. Forse il brand supera la cura del dettaglio. Prezzi esorbitanti che scoraggiano se non nel periodo dei saldi. Personale carino anche se un po' pressante. Non di cinque stelle perché i prezzi dovrebbero essere più visibili ed esposti in modo più evidente. The shop is very small but well cared for. Perhaps the brand exceeds the attention to detail. Exorbitant prices that discourage if not during the sales period. Nice staff although a bit pressing. Not five-star because prices should be more visible and exposed more clearly.

Acquisto non a Saldo in periodo di Saldi, fatto!!!! A	Antonio Messere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ arrivo lì nel negozio mi avevano preso un paio di air force della nba che non mi andavano le ho provate per vedere come mi andavano qualche settimana dopo avendo degli impegni, avendo lo scontrino per cambiarle mi viene detto le scarpe hanno toccato il suolo non si possono cambiare. una cosa no ma io secondo te come faccio a provare le scarpe di certo le provo per terra me le devo mettere a casa per provarle e tutto non penso che le scarpe me le metto con l’immaginazione o io ho i piedi in aria per questo ho dato una recensione bassa per aw lab ora ho delle air force della nba e non so cosa di cosa farmene visto che non mi vanno grazie aw lab per la gente incompetente che metti dentro al negozio buona serata I arrived there in the shop they had taken me a pair of nba air forces that I did not like I tried them on to see how they went a few weeks after having commitments, having the receipt to change them I am told the shoes have touched the ground they cannot change. one thing not but in your opinion how can I try on shoes for sure I try them on the ground I have to put them at home to try them on and I don't think I put the shoes on with my imagination or I have my feet in the air for this i gave a low review for aw lab now i have nba air force and i don't know what to do with them since i don't go thanks aw lab for the incompetent people you put in the shop good evening
