Peccato perché il negozio ha molte cose carine a basso costo, ma che si venda un oggetto da 30 euro piuttosto che da 300, il rispetto nei confronti del cliente rimane conditio sine qua non... ed è irrispettoso trattare con sufficienza un cliente che chiede cortesemente di poter provare una scarpa rispondendo che tanto non le starà e senza peraltro proporre un'alternativa... credevo che la commessa fosse lì per vendere, non per far presenza...
Unfortunately, I had to deal with an impolite and inadequate order for relations with the public. Too bad because the shop has many nice low-cost things, but that you sell an object for 30 euros rather than 300, respect for the customer remains a conditio sine qua non ... and it is disrespectful to deal with a customer who asks kindly to be able to try on a shoe by answering that it won't fit you and without proposing an alternative ... I thought the order was there to sell, not to make presence ...
